Pure Ice Nail Polish Review!

This is another nail polish I don't think I've ever tried before. I was at Walmart looking at the nail polish. I was hoping to find more selections of Sally Hansen's Triple Shine, but they didn't have that line at all = (. So while I was looking, I saw Pure Ice. There were maybe three colors left and only one of each. I saw Wide Awake and had to have it! It's a glitter polish and I normally don't like those, but I walked around with it in my cart for a while trying to decide if I wanted it or not lol. I decided it was too pretty and too cheap not to have in my collection! lol. It's such a pretty glitter blue. And only $1.97! I'm always afraid the glitter polishes can't be worn by themselves because the glitter comes out all spaced out on your nails. This one doesn't do that though! Probably because the glitter pieces are so small, they cover the whole nail and looks really nice. Even after just one coat.

Spoiled Nail Polish Review!

I don't think I've ever used this nail polish before, but I got one for Christmas! I just got a glitter kind though, so I can't really review how a solid color would stand up. I'm sure price wise, this brand is great! The polish isn't too bad, but I don't really care for glitter nail polishes. Only because they usually feel chunky. This one is no exception, it feels kind of chunky on. It's not a bad top coat though. Sally Hansen is still my go to for nail polish. I don't think I've ever used a better nail polish than her stuff! Spoiled isn't bad though if you like the glitter polishes, and who knows, maybe they have good solid colors too!

Eyes Wide Shut Review!

Yes, I realize this movie is from 1999 lol. However, I was about 10 when it came out, so I saw it for the first time last night. It was on a network that doesn't censor, but it does have commercials. So my first thought is "Holy crap this movie is long!" 3.5 hours with commercials. It was also really confusing. I'm usually pretty good at confusing movies, but this one was just weird. I also lost interest, but tried to stick it out. A lot of the parts were basically just porn. Not that I'm a prude, those parts didn't bother me or anything. This movie was given a 3 star rating by critics. I would give it maybe 1 star. Like I said, I lost interest. It got so boring! He does the same thing every single scene! He's walking the streets of New York and goes to the exact same places. The whole movie was supposed to be about him crashing some weird sex party and people were winding up dead that he talked to and got into trouble. It was incredibly stupid in my opinion. Luckily I didn't really have anything going on last night, so I can't say I lost valuable time lol.

Shoes By Curves Review!

I got some belated Christmas presents today! That included these awesome shoes that Curves makes. My mom ordered them through Avon. These are so cute! I'm not sure if they come in other colors, but these are black with a papaya colored strap and papaya colored zig-zags lines on the toes of the shoes. They're insanely comfortable! They seem to have a lot of support too, which is fabulous! She got them for me to use as work shoes, since I work retail I'm on my feet for long periods of time. The shoes I was using are a year old, so they don't quite support my feet the way they used to lol. My dad also got me Sketchers for work shoes! Yay! I might use my Curves ones to wear when I just go out too. She said they were only around $26! Not bad at all!

Organic Peppermint Scrub Review!

For Christmas my mom decided one of her gifts for people would be a peppermint scrub she made herself. I, of course, was a recipient of one! It's absolutely amazing! She made it with crushed up peppermints, sugar, shea butter, and aloe. I used it on my feet in the shower yesterday. It's quite impressive! The sugar washes right off, but the shea butter and aloe stay put and make you so soft! If you're a "make it yourself" kind of person, you should definitely make your own body scrub! It's just amazing!

Sally Hansen Triple Shine Review! Part 3

I'm doing a part 3 because I went to Target today (though I'm slightly afraid to after 40 MILLION people had their credit/debit and red card info stolen!) I used gift cards though (phew!). So I only had  $15 to work with. I wanted more colors of the Sally Hansen Triple Shine. So I got the last one of Slick Black (it's too beautiful not to own!) and the last one of Dive In. I thought Dive In would be too similar to her Mint Sprint in the Insta-Dri family, but it's actually not. They are pretty similar, but in my opinion, Mint Sprint is more green based and Dive In is more blue based. Luckily the ones they were sold out of were the ones I own already! I also snagged a Triple Shine top coat. I like to use her top coats as my base coat. I'm really excited to try all of my new colors! I've only tried two of them so far, but I'm not disappointed at all! The colors are long lasting and vibrant. They really do seem to be even shinier than regular nail polish. It dries very quickly too. You will not be disappointed if you try them! But as I stated before, be aware of the colors you're picking. Some are meant to be strictly glitter polishes, so they're meant to be layered on top of colored nail polish (or alone, if that's what you like). Also some are just very sheer, so be careful when picking. You know what you like, so if you want a sheer color, pick a sheer one! If you want one that's more opaque, then pick a deeper color.

*I get mine at Target for $4.59. I know Walgreens.com has ALL 29 shades! (I'm super tempted to order some online!) Since Target only carries maybe 10 in the store. I'm curious if Walmart carries them in stores, and if so, how many! Drop me a comment if you've found more varieties at other stores!

DearFoams Slipper Review!

Merry Christmas everyone! I got a pair of DearFoams slippers = ). They're leopard print on the outside and hot pink on the inside. They're boot style, so you can fold down the top so you can see both the leopard print and the hot pink. They're so cute! They're also insanely comfortable and warm. If you have the chance to try them, you should! I don't think I've ever had DearFoams before, but I love them now!

Sally Hansen Triple Shine: Sparkling Water Review!

I painted my toe nails with this color last night. I adore it! It's absolutely beautiful! It's a deep green/blue color with pretty sparkles in it. I've seen great reviews for Sally's new Triple Shine. Everyone's favorite part seems to be that you don't need a top or base coat, but as I've stated in previous blogs, I have to use them since nail polish doesn't stay on my nails as easily as most people. I used Flame On before this color and it didn't budge at all. No chipping, no peeling. It stayed on and beautiful the whole time it was on! I was very impressed, especially after a particular week at work when I was doing a lot of moving of boxes and such. To pick them up I put a corner of it on my feet so I can get my hands under lol. My nail polish stayed through everything! I love her new Triple Shine line! If you haven't looked into them yet, you have to!

*I got mine for $4.50 at Target.

Micro-USB 2-in-1 Sync & Charge Review!

The charger that came with my Blackberry is ridiculously short! My outlet is behind my bed and my charger could only reach as far as my pillow! It was so annoying when it would charge and people would text me because I couldn't hold my phone like I normally do! So while I was browsing phone cases on amazon.com, I saw a hot pink charger. I couldn't resist, so I ordered it. The main reason I ordered it? Nope, not because it's hot pink, but because it's 6 FEET LONG! Yes! lol. I can plug my phone in and use it almost anywhere on my bed. Plus, it IS hot pink! It's so adorable! I like it so much, I also ordered it in light blue (I would have ordered the light blue in the first place, but I didn't notice it lol). It comes in white, black, light blue, purple, hot pink, light green, and orange. It fits a ton of different kinds of phones. If you're in need of a longer charger, you have to check out amazon.com!

*And of course since it's a 2-in-1 you can plug your phone into the charger in the wall or your laptop!

Silicone Cases From Amazon Review!

My order finally came yesterday (YAY!!!!). I ordered a gel flex cover, a silicone cover, and a hot pink charger. I put the silicone cover on my phone. It's so cute! It's a cotton candy pink color. I like how flexible it is and how it feels. Plus I love that it's just one piece! Like I stated in my last review, the two piece cases are a pain in the ass! I like this case so much I ordered two more! I ordered orange and hot pink. I would have ordered one of each shade, but they charge separate shipping for each. I don't really understand that at all, but whatever. I also like my 6 foot long hot pink charger so much I ordered it in light blue! The silicone cases are $1.25, then $2.98 for shipping. Which is still super cheap! I can't wait till my other cases come! I might order the yellow colored case in the nearish future, we'll see lol. A girl needs options =).

*Check out which cases are available for your phone here!

Amazon Phone Cases Review!

My mom and I now have the same phone. She got me the Blackberry Curve 9315 for Christmas (which I got early! Yay!). She had it for a few months before I got mine. She ordered three cases from amazon.com. The ones she ordered were rubber. She got pink leopard (that she broke lol), tan leopard, and a cobolt blue color. She gave me the tan leopard. I like the way these cases look and feel, but they are a major pain in the ass! I actually ordered two more cases from amazon (that are on their way to my house as we speak!), but I made sure to get a gel case and a silicone case. These rubber cases are something else! They're two pieces that fit together around your phone. They're so hard to get off I have to use a credit card! Credit cards are best to use if you don't wanna break it like my mom did lol. It seriously takes me at least five minutes to get the freaking thing off to get to my battery or put my memory card in. It's so ridiculous! Don't get me wrong, the case is adorable! But with it being so hard to get off I see myself using the gel and silicone cases way more often!

*I think she got all three cases for about $4 a piece. I got the gel case for $6 and the silicone for $1.25! Amazon.com is for sure the place to shop for phone cases or chargers. The store your phone comes from charges a crazy amount for cases/chargers. You can find people selling them for WAY less! Not to mention the selection is usually bigger.

Yes To Lip Balm: Blueberry Review!

I'm in love with this lip balm! It appears Yes To is phasing out their lip butter line and replacing it with their new lip balms. The blueberry flavor is my favorite! It's so yummy and smells so good! Of course since it's organic, it really takes care of my lips. They feel so smooth and soft, not to mention moisturized! They also have grapefruit and pomegranate. They're good too, but I like the blueberry the best. The pomegranate has natural SPF in it! So it's good for when you're going outside and the sun is shining. Hands down the best lip balm I own!

*I got mine at Target for $2.99, I also stocked up on their website! They're $2.99 online as well.

Yes To Grapefruit CC Cream Review!

I have really been wanting to try this CC cream! But $15.99? I wasn't willing to pay that price for an item I wasn't even sure I'd like. So during Yes To's Cyber Monday deal I ordered one for $2! Now THAT'S a price I'm willing to pay for something I've never tried! I wore it to work today and I love it! It's pretty sheer, but I feel like it covered my flaws. It's also light as a feather! The scent is great too! Smells like grapefruit, mm. Here are some benefits:

  • Provides instant, light coverage with natural pigments.
  • Helps correct skin tone.
  • Increases luminosity and radiance with evodia fruit.
  • Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Protects SPF 18 broad spectrum (and since it's an organic line/product, the SPF is natural!)
  • Moisturizes and keeps skin supple and fresh.
  • Promotes smoother and softer looking skin with grapefruit.
My skin really did feel smooth all day and I didn't get that weird flaking that I get with other foundations (which is SO annoying and gross!). I got it in light, it also comes in light/medium. On their site it says "Think of our light shade as a little hint of... ivory, petals, and honey." The light matched my skin perfectly! I heard other girls saying it was too dark for them. I lucked out! I ordered one in light/medium for my mom for Christmas! I hope it matches her skin well and she loves it like I do!

Ugg Boots Review!

When I saw these on girls before I thought "Oh those are not cute at all!" But for Christmas I got a pair, so I tried them out. Man are they comfortable! They are ugly lol, but I guess they warn you in the name. They're great in the winter, they keep my feet warm and comfortable. These don't even need insoles or anything for extra cushion. So I actually do recommend these! Especially to those who have cold feet or feet that hurt pretty easily. Or just someone who wants comfy boots!

Yes To Carrots Daily Moisture Body Lotion Review!

I know I've done a review on this lotion before, but I wanted to another one. The week of Thanksgiving I was super busy with work (retail). I get eczema on my hands and after working them that hard, my hands were flaking really bad and they hurt. My eczema flared up. Finally I had a day off. After using my lotion only a couple times, I brought them from horrible to beautiful! This lotion really is amazing. I think my skin loves that I use organic, natural products since it seems to drink it right in. It also doesn't irritate my eczema at all. This lotion is amazing, eczema or not. You should check it out!

*You can find it at Target for $9.99 (the yestocarrots website says $12.99, not sure if the price has only gone up there or in stores too...)

Almost Human Review!

So we're only a few episodes into this new series. I think I like it more than I originally thought I would. Usually futuristic stuff can be a little boring for me. This show is really cool though. Our main character is a detective. It's all about cops in the future who have "synthetic" partners. Basically they made robot officers. The idea behind that is to keep the human cops safer. And then of course that's supposed to keep everyone else safer too. Most of the synthetics are really boring, but our main character's partner is called "Dorian". He's a special kind of synthetic. When they made him, they tried to make him as close to a human as possible. So he has feelings and can have a normal conversation with humans. They had actually recalled his version and they were deemed the "crazy" ones. The detective specifically picked Dorian, he really doesn't like the other synthetics. It's a really cool show. If you're into futuristic shows, you should check it out.

*New episodes on Mondays at 8/7c on Fox.

Sally Hansen Triple Shine Review! Part 2

I'm doing a part 2 because I bought 3 more shades. I got Reef-Raf, Sparkling Water, and Wavy Blue! I am half considering buying more colors, but I'm really not sure. Only because a lot of the colors look similar to the Insta-Dri family. I'm currently wearing Flame On. It really is quite shiny! I see where the triple shine name comes in. This one has sparkles in it and they give it an extra kiss of awesome! I think I'm gonna try Sparkling Water next. It's a gorgeous deep green with really pretty sparkles in it. Reef-Raf is a light pink, and Wavy Blue is like a cobalt blue color. That one also has sparkles. Some of them don't have the sparkle (you can check out all the colors here and type in "sally hansen triple shine").

Yes To Carrots Leave-In Conditioner Review!

I've actually been wanting to try this product for a long time! I never saw it in stores and I didn't wanna order it online since it's $8.99 and I had no idea if I would like it or not. For Cyber Monday Yes To had a special deal (that they extended since not everyone got a chance to shop like they promised, yay!). All single products were $2! You could get a max of 2 like items, so if you wanted you could get 2 of everything in their online catalog for $2! Finally! I had my chance to try it! I only ordered 1 and now I wish I would have just gotten 2! I mean what's $4? Even if I didn't like it, I could try 1 and give the other away! I tried it after my shower today and I love love love it! My hair is so soft! My hair is soft on its own usually, but paired with my YTC shampoo and conditioner, and now the leave-in conditioner, I don't think it could be any softer lol. It's made with argon oil, which, of course, provides softening moisture. Keratin, which is a natural protein that helps rebuild, rejuvenate, and restore all hair types. Sea kelp extract, which is rich in zinc, magnesium, and iodine to stimulate hair growth and strength. Of course it also has carrot root and sweet potato extract. 97% natural to boot! It comes in a 6 oz tube and it's a pretty thick consistency, so a little bit goes a long way! I have a feeling it'll last a really long time! Especially since it says to use it 2-3 times a week. I would absolutely pay the $8.99 full price for it in the future!

Sally Hansen Triple Shine: Flame On Review!

I painted my toe nails with this one last night. I really like it! It's a beautiful hot pink with sparkles in it. I used my Sally Hansen Insta-Dri base coat. As I've mentioned before, apparently my nails are oily (they don't feel oily, but they don't hold nail polish the way regular nails do). So I take some extra steps to make sure my polish lasts as long as it can! So after my base coat dried I did 2 coats of Flame On. Such a gorgeous pink! Then topped it off with my Sally Hansen Anti Chip top coat. With the base coat and top coat I can get the polish to stay on my toes for about 2 weeks. If you like pink nail polish colors, you have to check this one out! I got mine at Target for $4.50.

Fanta Review!

I really like this drink! I like how many flavors it comes in! I've tried raspberry, strawberry, grape, orange! So yummy! I think my favorites are the raspberry and strawberry! I did buy the orange flavor today while I was waiting in the check out line at Walmart. I had a bit of a wait lol, I grabbed the last one out of the little cooler thing. I haven't had one in a long time, it's really good though! I would have preferred getting the strawberry, but that's okay lol. It was also less than $2, so I can't really complain!

Delivery Man Review!

I had a movie date last night and got to pick the movie. To be perfectly honest, I'm not really a movie girl, I'm more into TV shows. But I picked Delivery Man. The previews looked funny. I thought it was funny. It also had it's sweet moments too. It's about a guy named David (Vince Vaughn) who works at his fathers meat store. He's one of the delivery drivers. He finds out that during a course of a few years when he donated his sperm at a sperm bank, his sperm was used repeatedly. He made 693 (I think lol) donations and had 533 kids! It really is a good movie. I won't give too much away, but it's worth watching if you were a little curious by the previews.

The Carrie Diaries Review!

This show is the prequel to Sex and the City. I think the concept is really cool. Showing Carrie when she was a teenager. So far in the show the only friend she's met from Sex and the City is Samantha. There are some inaccuracies though that don't really jive with me. The people who came up with this show should have paid closer attention while watching Sex and the City. In the prequel Carrie's mother passes away, she has a little sister, and they're raised by their father. Well on Sex and the City, Carrie says her dad left her and her mom when she was 5, and she never mentions a sister... So clearly they decided not to use the same info (which is stupid, in my opinion). It's very confusing watching it since nothing matches up. In one episode of Sex and the City, Carrie says she loses her virginity when she's in the 11th grade to a boy named Seth Bateman. In the Carrie Diaries, she loses it her senior year to a boy with a different name. I like the show, but I find the inaccuracies very annoying. We haven't seen yet how Carrie meets Charlotte and Miranda. Still waiting for that. Interested to see what other info they get wrong. All in all the show is okay, but I can't say I'm a huge fan. I wish they would have put more effort into paying attention to the details and getting everything correct.

*New episodes on the CW on Friday's at 8/7c.

Britney Spears: Britney Jean Album Review!

I'm so loving this album! I think Alien and Tik Tik Boom are my favorites. I think some of her songs sound like stuff she's done before, but some of them are fresh and have a brand new sound. She said this is her most personal album, I buy that lol. There are some songs that sound like she's baring her soul. Some are good dance/club songs. There are a couple songs I really don't care for. Like the one with her sister, just not my style lol. I checked it out on Youtube. You guys should too if you're part of the Britney Army!

True Life Review!

Oh my goodness, this show has been around FOREVER! For those who haven't seen it, it's a documentary following certain people. Some episodes are, for example, "I'm addicted to pills", "I'm pregnant with twins", "My family hates my boyfriend", etc. So it follows 2-3 people who fall into those categories. It's actually really interesting. You learn a lot. I mean there are so many different people in the world. There was one about people who had sleeping issues. There are ones about people who went blind, or lost limbs in the war, or were in a terrible accident and their lives are forever changed. Some are more on the silly side, like "My family hates my boyfriend", but I still find it entertaining at least lol. The "I'm a sugar baby" episode was pretty interesting too lol. I've always liked this show. They still do new episodes on MTV every now and then. They usually do about 3-4 new episodes in a row on Sundays. But they seem to be really spaced out these days. Sometimes I re-watch old ones if I've forgotten what happens or something. I really like this show. If you're into documentary's you should check it out if you haven't already.

Bath & Body Works: Forever Red VS Forever Midnight Review!

I really liked Forever Red when it came out. It's the sweeter scent I always like. I love sweet scents. This scent has vanilla rum, red osmanthis, and pomegranate. It smells really unique and original in my opinion. Forever Midnight is supposed to be Forever Red's little sister. So supposedly it's for a younger crowd. However, I am a part of the younger crowd and I really don't like Forever Midnight very much at all. I like the individual fragrances that are in it. Such as: Cocoa, vanilla orchid, etc. But all together, I think they missed the mark. There's something about it I just don't like. Maybe it's because it's more of a musky scent (in my opinion) instead of the sweetness I'm always looking for. So all in all... Forever Red is my winner! lol. Although because of the prices, I would not purchase either line. Besides, where lotions are concerned, I prefer organic products since others seem to put toxic chemicals in their lotions. I do have this scent in the spray, but I would never use the lotions/butters.

Sally Hansen Triple Shine Review!

I saw that people received this in their Violet VoxBox. I was part of the Rose, so I didn't get this one too. Anyhow, they looked so pretty and I had never heard of them. So while I was at Target I grabbed three: Red Snapper, Vanity Flare, and Flame On (listed as shown in picture). I'm gonna write separate reviews for each color. But my general thought of these nail polishes is: They're great! They're nice and shiny, the colors are beautiful, and the brush is the same as she has for her Insta-Dri line. I will say some of the Triple Shine colors look very similar to some in the Insta-Dri family. I would also like to try: Sparkling Water, Wavy Blue, and Reef-Raf. Sparkling Water is this really pretty dark green color, Wavy Blue is a deep blue color, and Reef-Raf is a lighter pink shade. I can't wait to get these! I've heard other reviews where they say they didn't need a base or top coat, however, since my nails seem to be on the oily side (they don't feel oily, but they don't hold nail polish in a "typical" way) I use a base coat, two coats of the color, and my Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti Chip top coat. All in all, I would say these are worth a shot. But be careful when picking your colors. Some are just glittery and don't actually have a color, so they're better as a top coat. Keep that in mind while picking!

*I found mine at Target for $4.50.

*Oh I also wanted to add that the caps are weird lol. It took me a minute to figure it out. You actually pull the square cap off and there's a round cap underneath. While I find that really wasteful, oh well, whatever lol. Interesting and odd choice, but okay. So just so you know!

Yestocarrots.com Review!

So anyone who tried to take part in the Cyber Monday deal already knows what a disaster it turned out to be! It was horrible! I (among many many other people) tried to access the site for HOURS to no avail. It was very frustrating and honestly, it made me really sad! I know the company didn't have to make any offers at all anyway, but they chose to and it was very disheartening to us who couldn't get through, either over the phone or through their website. For those who don't know, Yes To had an AMAZING deal where you could get any single item for $2! AND you could get 2 like items. So if you wanted, you could order 2 of everything they had for $2 a piece! So amazing. Anyhow, needless to say I was one of the unfortunates who was unable to get through. However, I had sent them a (rather angry) email on Monday about how frustrated I was. They wrote back saying they would send me a promo code to use later in the week to get the same offer! I got the code today and placed my order (it's only good till midnight!) I'm so excited! Yes To really made it right and now I have things coming for myself (both new and things I already love) and Christmas gifts! I couldn't be happier with them. They really do care about their customers and felt horrible that their site crashed and couldn't get it running again.

Bath & Body Works Sleep Mask Review!

So I got the penguin sleep mask for my mom for Christmas. She had been looking everywhere for a sleep mask to no avail. It's really cute, but it's a little expensive. I tried it out myself lol. It's pretty tight fitting, but because it's black on the inside, no light can get through. I gave it to her early since she had done me a huge favor. She woke up with the little pleats from the sleep mask on her forehead though lol. I don't know that I would recommend this. First of all, it's too expensive. I paid $15 for a sleep mask! But she really wanted one, so it was worth the money. However! I was at Target today and found a luxury sleep mask for $5! It's so nice! It has adjustable straps so you can decide how tight it should be. It also has pads where your eyes go. It's so soft! I'm gonna stick this one in her stocking. I found a bunch on an end cap near the pharmacy. There were blue, green, and red ones. I got the last green one since green is my mom's favorite color.

Rose VoxBox Review!

I was chosen for the Rose VoxBox last month (yay!!!!!!). I got this box complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. Now that I've had my products for a while, I can do a review on my box as a whole =). So in my box I received: Lindt Truffles, belVita Breakfast Biscuits, Dr. Scholls Cozy Cushions, Rimmel London Retro Glam Mascara, and Kiss Nails Gradation Kit. So let's start with the truffles. They were just the simple milk chocolate ones. You can't go wrong with those. They're absolutely yummy! I love how when you bite into it, the liquid inside covers your mouth. Ugh, just amazing lol. The belVita Breakfast Biscuits I got in the blueberry flavor. I had never tried these before, they're really good! They remind me of the Newton's Fruit Thins. I used to buy those all the time! They're flat and crunchy with real fruit baked into them. These are amazing too! Next are the Dr. Scholl's Cozy Cushions. These are super soft! They still give you the support and cushion you expect from Dr. Scholl's, but with the added bonus of warmth! These are perfect since winter is creeping up! Next is the Rimmel London Retro Glam Mascara. I really like that this mascara doesn't clump that easily. Two coats and you're ready to go. I'm not sure if I look retro when I wear it, but it's a really nice mascara! And last would be the Kiss Gradation Kit. I got it in Exposure (the gold, which I also got in my Kiss prize pack from the Spring Fever VoxBox). I like the gold the most. It's very forgiving. Since it's so light, if you mess up, it isn't even noticeable. These kits are very easy to use and look professionally done. They lasted on my nails for four days, which is a record! Since nail polish usually peels off my finger nails after just a few hours (apparently my nails are oily and don't hold nail polish well). Over all I was very pleased with everything in my RoseVoxBox! Thanks so much Influenster!

Bath & Body Works: Buttercream Mint Candle Review!

Oh. My. Goodness! I'm burning this candle as I type this and I am completely in love! I can't do strong fragrances since they give me a headache, and this candle is light and sweet. This candle was only available for black Friday! If the stores had any left over though, I'll bet they'll have them out for semi-annual sale like they did last year. Last years candle was gross though! What was it? I think it was called Christmas. It smelled disgusting! If these make it to semi-annual sale (depending on the price) I will for sure be stocking up! They were on sale black Friday for $10, I only got one. If they go on sale for $5, I'll get 5 of them!

NYC Automatic Eyeliner Review!

I got this eyeliner in "basic black". It's the "self sharpening" kind. I kinda find it annoying they call it "self sharpening", it doesn't sharpen, you just twist it and more product comes up, but whatever. I thought this would be a good replacement for the Avon eyeliners that work the same. I tried it for the first time the other day and I really didn't like it at all. I'll have to try it again to be sure, but when I was putting it on my lower eye it was showing up grey. So I tried pushing harder, it still looked grey! I bought black because I wanted black, so I don't understand what the problem is! Again, I'll have to try at least one more time to be totally sure, but I'm not sure if I'll ever like this eyeliner. It's only $1.99 vs Avon's eyeliners that are $7. I really really like Avon's a lot though! They're amazing. I only get them when they're on sale, try to stock up so they last a while since I can't find a suitable replacement. I'll do a second review when I try this again to confirm or deny this review. But these are my first impressions!
