Resurrection Review!

This is a new show on ABC. So far, I'm incredibly confused, but also intrigued lol. The premise is: In a small town, Arcadia, MO. People who passed away are coming back to life. We haven't figured out why yet and we've only met 2. 1 is a little boy named Jacob who died 32 years earlier. His aunt fell into the river he was playing at and he tried to save her by balancing on a log and trying to grab her. He did grab her, but of course she outweighed a little 8 year old boy, so she just pulled him in with her. He went under and hit his head on a rock, knocking him unconscious. Ultimately he drowned. His aunt also died. They started off the first episode with Jacob waking up in China. They get him to his home and no one in town can believe what's going on. Next thing you know, another person who was once dead shows up. A girls father. I'm curious where this show is going. And what will happen next. Although I'm REALLY confused and having a hard time with the story line (because people coming back to life is hard to believe, even if it is just a show lol), I think I'll stick it out and see what happens. Mostly because I'd like to know WHY these people are coming back to life. If this sounds like something that interests you, you can catch it on ABC at 9/8c on Sundays.
